Due to the nature of collectible items, all sales are final.
We use trusted shipping methods and quality packaging to make sure your order arrives safely and undamaged. In the rare case of any issue during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll do our best to assist.
As per our policy, returns are generally not accepted. However, in rare cases where a return is authorized, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
Refunds (If Applicable)
As a policy, Gaur’s Trendy does not offer refunds since all sales are final. However, in exceptional cases (such as items damaged in transit), refunds may be considered at our discretion.
If a refund is approved, you will be notified via email. The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within a few business days.
